Gamescom 2018 in Cologne sees the first hands on demo of Metro Exodus supported by a new key art. The cold light established for spring gives way to the rich hues of autumn. I was again tasked with creating the key art, the scenic, tree-lined landscape and warm autumn sunlight giving the artwork an entirely different feel to the previous ones. The fully CG valley was blended seamlessly with heavily retouched stock photography and 3D models to create the unique scene.
